Boxers Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Billy Joe Saunders met onstage Thursday (May 6) at AT&T Stadium ahead of what could be the biggest sporting crowd since the start of the pandemic.

The stadium will host the super middleweight unification bout between Mexican champ Alvarez (55-1-2 37 KOs) and the undefeated British two-weight champion Saunders (30-0-0 14 KOs) and is expected to draw a crowd of 70,000 people.

Up for grabs are the WBA, WBC, WBO and The Ring titles. Canelo’s last loss in the ring was eight years ago when he was beaten by Floyd Mayweather by unanimous decision.
